Random thought: if deeper pain makes for greater joy, in a world of relative duality.. does that have something to do with being a music snob? like, those who get greater joy out of the stuff they think is good, get an equal and opposite feeling of non-joy from hearing what they think sucks..
might be an explanation of fans who feel more strongly toward the stuff they love, about why they so strongly hate the shit that doesn't work for them. While people with less intense enjoyment from the shit they like, are more apathetic toward what they don't, cuz it's like... not THAT bad (due to their favorite music not being "THAT good")

but regardless of whether they try to argue their taste (which we can probz all agree is a bad idea)... do u think bad music honestly sounds WORSE to people who love good music more... and in general, does deeper pain in fact allow for greater joy?

idk i really feel the music I listen to and i am really apathetic towards other music I do not feel. it might have to do w/ me doing drugs in the past to make me look at and hear music from a diff perspective and also producing as well may have taken into play somewhere but i am all about emotion when it comes to music (i get reel feminine ))
