Why do I feel sick when I have a drink so soon after waking up? Doesn't matter what I have it'll make me feel sick. Having to wait half an hour is just annoying

Normal drink. Tea, squash, juice etc. Only thing that doesn't do it is coke, can't keep drinking that first thing though. I mean I wouldn't mind but it's not the healthiest breakfast.

I have the same issue with eating.
I can normally only eat at about 9-9:30.

No way, 2L a day minimum.
If I battle to drink coffee or something in the morning and in makes me feel ill, I down a glass of water and feel much better.
