Walls that I've put in are a combination of MDF and plasterboard. Glass wool insulation.

The smell in our kitchen is due to the fact that we can't really separate VFG from the regular
garbage. Usually helps to have a separate, smaller bin for all the greens and fruit.
Also, the ghost of the last resident, a woman that didn't clean, is still lurking in the
shadows. She is angry because we removed the bright yellow carpet and stole her
stamp collection.

Ive got some good work in January and NYE but I already have my flights booked for Xmas, I'm flying back to Dubai on December 31st and it looks like I'll have to go straight to work from the airport and I always feel grimy after long flights, finishing at around 8, I'll have to rush home to shower and shit then go out, traffic is going to be a nightmare and I might miss midnight, first world problem.

Yeah mdf is usually behind the insulation in my experience, i was just talking about what you see in your room.

Either way, student houses always smell like shit because students are the most irresponsible people on the planet

my flatmate listens to radio on her laptop. she'll take it everywhere. eating in the dining room? laptop next to her. taking a shower? laptop's in the bathroom aswell. doing stuff in her own room? laptop's at full volume. and she sings to every. single. song. Lorde, Jason Derulo, german "rappers", whatever. she knows the lyrics and will sing along. poorly.

the fact her laptop's about seven years old doesn't exactly help with sound quality - which makes everything just worse. there's even a somewhat decent hifi system in the living room that has a cinch-rca cable connected. won't use it. turn up the laptop volume instead.

pc/ laptop speakers are cheap. i had a roomate that would listen to crappy pop on his phone everywhere.

I have computer... With 278Gb of hard disk memory. My usual free space fluctuates between 1Gb and 512kb. Ableton live often runs at 2287%. And recently(last few minutes) I lost the ability to open a 27 track live set which I plan to release in 2 weeks.

You should probably just...delete some stuff from your HDD.
