Glasgow is great for techno and house - we got a ton of decent clubs, but the 3am licence SUCKS. If it's dubstep you're after, it's very very rare here, totally dominated by house & techno.

Not to forget that Birmingham Uni's american football team smashes it, so there's also that Harkat.

If you go to Birmingham, you might even see me and m8son rollin in the llac too.
