Is it me or the forum clock is still on winter time ?

There's a setting in forum preferences to turn on/off time saving mate.

Seems like it is.

But a random thought I had the other day was... when people speak about time differences between here and other parts of the world they tend to give a definitive answer eg. Los Angeles is minus 8 hours. But before the clocks went back here, i.e for the other half of the year, it would have been 9 hours, as their clocks don't change aswell.

When the question is asked about a time difference I have never heard anyone say "well during GMT its 8 hours, but when its BST it's 9 hours".

So that means 50% of the time when these people answer that question actin like they know it all, they are WRONG! Either that or they remember to alternate between answers throughout the year. But i find that hard to believe cos that would take a bit of thought before answering, and if they were aware of it, surely they'd rather explain it so that they come across even cleverer.

I'm gonna keep an eye on this one for a while I think
