Bleep says it ships on the 20th (tomorrow) which seems to be earlier than the dates on other sites. I ordered my copy from them in hopes of getting it early

Powerful input, mate. I'm sorry for missing out on some essential information, which I was trying to get through that apparently silly question of mine. Surely there is a reason for why Mr. O is not officially named on this release and as I haven't found an answer in this thread, I was curious if someone knew. 'lol' does not reaaalllyy qualify as satisfying.

he didnt want people to know it was him, he told everyone not to say who it was, but it sounds like him and knock knock was listed as him on Pinch's RA mix so it is most probably him. but he still aint officially said that it is, and its not going to be released as him. might be someone else, someone did say that A.williams was credited as co-producing knock knock or summat like that.
