he's been commenting on my videos predicting a few releases.

"Expect Super Riddim and Jim Brown AWD"

seems a lot more credible now

Around 2005-2006 he and Hatcha fell out cause Hatcha was trying it with his GF so even though he's still good with everyone else, he leaks release info anonymously on YouTube out of spite. He used to post on here so that's how I know

Crystal Lake really isn't that interesting. Aside from the nice old school amateur aesthetic a lot of old unreleased dubs have its just any old tune.. nothing special whatsoever imo.

And you're the reason a lot of dubs don't get released imo.

No, but let's put it this way dmz for example like a lot of exclusive tunes and on coki's fb he says "does this deserve to be released" so essentially if there's a bit of negativity from a few people about an unreleased dub, even when there's a lot of positivity - it gives him an excuse to keep the dub unreleased. He even commented on his post that he might not release it when people were going on about the John Peel version.

John peel version >> version on soundcloud tbh
Also it's not like producers are constantly asking people whether dubs from 2004-2006 should be released

Oh seen, so where unreleased tunes are concerned fans aren't allowed an opinion unless its brown nosing?

Nah m8, if I don't rate a tune I don't rate a tune I don't care if you wanna tickle Cokis prostate to try and get it. This is a discussion board, my opinion is just as valid as any "WULD DIE HAPPY IF THIS IS RELEASED PLZLZLZL COKI!!?!!!"

Obviously the John Peel version is better. A lot of producers look at Youtube videos of dubs that have been uploaded to Youtube videos I bet. Obviously there are going to be tunes that everyone pretty much likes, but won't be released as well like Jah Power Dub for example I don't think will ever get a release for a very long time.

this whole social media "is this tune good enough to be released" thing is a joke anyways. i mean how can you ask that (especially about a classic) with a straight face when you've put out stuff like some of the tracks on dgit (both the label and the dmz eps).

that being said, coki if you're reading this, i'd defo buy crystal lake. i'd also buy light one, chalice, volvic, the horns version of celestial dub, badness and some other stuff. :4: oh and nando's...

Why does noone mention countdown and heartless ninja that as a double sided awd along with i swear/light one would be awesome. Chalice would be awesome as a double sided release with Mala's Adultz Only.

you guys ever think we'll have a situation like with jungle, where producers sell their collections and unreleased dubs end up on the market

could be kinda cool
