a few years ago yeah. walcotts delivery finishing and composure has improved massively. Hes still shit with his back to goal but a far better player then lennon. Playing walcott in your team pretty much guarantees goals.

thats the obvious worry/concern ofcourse but still. just as an example take swansea who have similar qualities to their wingers - all right footed if i remember correctly, you just play a more deep lying attacker like michu (rooney) and then you can get an end product with it. it's way more interesting approach than henderson doing his best impression of a wheelbarrow or ashley youngs falling over :

You take him out of that Liverpool midfield and there's a noticeable drop in quality. The reason people think he's shit is because when he first came Kenny was playing him as a winger when he's naturally a midfielder. Watch their next game, he's a workhorse and is constantly feeding Suarez

none of them would get into city or arsenals midfield. Gerrard is too old now, lucas is average. coutinho is a good player
