New laptop's a fucking bitch.

1. Sony put the pins the wrong way round on their VGA ports which means they don't work properly with Samsung monitors... so I can't use one of my screens until they sort out a software fix.

2. It wouldn't let me get onto SNR last night.

3. Ableton has decided I've used my license enough already and I've had to email customer support to have it unlocked so I can install properly.

4. VNC is refusing to work even though I've disabled all of the Windows 7 security crap, so I can't use my iPhone as a remote anymore.

I wish my old one hadn't fucked up.

Took today off to do some stuff that I need to do but haven't had the time to. Such as go to the bank and pay some cash in, get my wheely bin off the council as it was nicked, etc. but it turns out I can't be fucking arsed to do any of it. It's too sunny and warm.

I put woodstain on the garden shed, chucked in some taties, raspberries and strawberries, took me dog for a long walk then went to the pub for a pint and a bowl of chips... got home and brought it all back up again.

A letter arrived this morning saying I owe Portsmouth City Council several thousand pounds of unpaid council tax for the periods between 2001 - 2009, wtf?! I didn't live in Portsmouth in 2001 and I moved to London in 2007, besides I was exempt from council tax because I was a student and the 18 months I wasn't a student I paid it. Fucking tossers are threatening me with bailiffs, time to give my uncle (a lawyer) a ring methinks.
