today has already involved me being punched in the face, being called disgusting for asking not to be lied to, scratches down my chest, pulled muscles in my back from restraining, a threat of suicide (not mine), having to talk to the police who were being invasive though I told them it was all good several times, and one of my (favorite) cups broken and my coat ripped. yay!

putting my headphones on and going back to bed. gonna pretend this day doesn't exist.

i've only had 2 pretty short shitty sleeps so far this year, hit it too hard on NYE and i'm really sick now, violent sneezing fits and my mind feels like it has been violated.
