Fairly general Southern accent - could be any of London's surrounding counties, but I think it's essentially the "nerdy" version of the London accent. If a cockney grows up trying to sound posh their voice collapses in on itself and they end up sounding like Garth Merenghi... or Janet Street-Porter.
