Try Intermittent fasting? There's no added weightloss benefits to it, but you get really full in that short period of time where you get to eat (like 2 big meals or something). So you also cram in all your then. I haven't tried it but other people have said some good things about it.

Ive been going to the gym recently, it's weird, doing 30 mins on the bike machine then weights for 45mins-1 hour and my belly is growing loads, diet has stayed the same or if anything has become healther (way more veg, no processed shit)

Well Ive lost 2 kilograms and Ive gained some muscle but my belly feels considerably bigger

You might be bloated. If you eat more now, especially carbs, it can bloat you up and make you look fatter.

How long does that last? Or do I have to eat less carbs? Been having pasta for lunch pretty much every day but its been mostly tuna, sweetcorn and capsicum

yeah eating too many carbs can keep you feeling/looking bloated for ages

i try not to eat too many but i had a massive pizza the other day n i still feel it :lol:

Pasta? Here we go. What do you have for breakfast? If it's grains or anything high in fibre it can bloat you too.

You can keep eating it and supplement with digestion enyzmes. Specifically aimed at carbs. It might be a matter of your body getting used to fibers or just how your body responds to them

Shreddies for breakfast, but only til this box is finished, then its porridge time, not really looking to start taking enzymes or anything. ill see if i stay the same for a few weeks, if so ill have to change what im eating big time.

I'm at the gym right at this moment. I do benches, single leg squats....etc. Full body workouts. Usually to Tunnidge, Amit, Kryptic Minds, Youngsta..others.

It's not for everyone but it's definitely effective. I've been doing it since last September and have been really happy with the results. I fast 16hrs each day (sounds worse than it is, you are asleep for 8 of those hours), so I stop eating at 9pm each night, then have my first meal at 1pm the following day. Your essentially just skipping breakfast, then eating all your day's calories in an 8hr eating window. Because your body is not supplied with food to use as fuel during the fast it burns body fat for energy instead. There's a decent guide here and here.
