definitely not. you're thinking of the uvula (lol i know, it's the punching bag looking thing), but that's a myth, i've touched that in the past and didn't vomit.

What always happens for me is specifically carrots and scrambled/fried egg gets stuck in my sinuses and I have to blow it out my nose like a freak

I sneezed when eating noodles once.
