Was worried there, Carlisle have a nasty habit of letting their stars go. Think about poor old Jimmy Glass, the hero who didn't get his contract extended after his last minute antics :Q:

Can see this Mata transfer getting dragged out into a big "transfer saga" like the boring never ending Bale deal.

Chelsea are utter mugs if they sell a top player to a rival. Everyone's enjoying utd's collapse this season, why ruin it by helping them rebuild?

the real question is why not using a top player instead of selling it

Champagne Football mate.

Can't believe we sold to Mata to Yernited. Oh well, I'm sure Jose knows what he's doing.

yep, boy still doing good. still got nuff love for Cesc.
His position will only strengthen as xavi and iniesta continue to weaken too. doubt he'll leave unless comes to arsenal again in his 30's

Last season, an incensed fan phoned Nottinghamshire police reporting Nani's red card in the Champions League match against Real Madrid as a 'crime'.
