Hot water taps in my house have no pressure at all

It'll build up over night, so when you haven't run them in a few hours they'll run OK-ish for 5 seconds then they'll dry up again

I've turned every exposed valve in my flat back and forth to get anything thats caked up or w/e loose but no results. Thankfully the shower still works, but now i can't do the dishes or wash my clothes

Also forgot to register for council tax exemption and the first bill came through the door today
