he's approaching 23. sorry, a little more context - this happened almost 4 years ago, i was just told tonight. a good mutual friend found out a few days prior & confided in me. it's been a while, between the event & this awareness, but there wasn't a noticeable difference/kept it covert understandably so (my angle, this was around the time i had been frequenting the older brother's house almost everyday so it comes @a surprise) i'm very familiar w/ everyone involved. little more details i got - lavisher is incredibly ashamed, acknowledged the shitty impulse he acted on but hasn't ''formally'' apologized, was only confronted by the father and asked to leave the residence (he was staying the night, drank a lot).

get a ski mask and find him at night, bring a m8 to hold him down, no such thing as fairness when you're dealing with sexual abusers. Don't do the soldering iron thing though, a little too sadistic.

father was too passive about it, as soon as he walked out the door further stimulus for action ceased/zip/zapped/halted. threw away prerogative (reallydk though, probably never too late for this kind of thing)
