I don't even know if it's important if it's a rape or actual penetration happening though. Anything forced like that which the kid might have to associate to having sex from then on via the fear she experienced is obviously his responsibility in a lot of ways.

TBH the dad could either have handled it really smart doing that or it could be a sign of weakness/fear.

Maybe a rape is really anything where you turn a situation into unwanted sex. There could be sexy stuff going on willingly previously to the moment where its then RAPE. That would be the sensible version.

Just this point by itself. There's that Louie CK bit where he talks about treating pedofiles with less fear. Louie basicly asking the pedofile to call him up to say when he's done with his kid so that Louie can come and pick him up now that he's through, so the pedo wouldn't decide to just throw the kid in a ditch.
