Digital is a don

I got that tune Digital - Ras 78 from an interview with Burial and the influence that tune had on him is so clear, especially on the darker shit on the first LP.

It's very... American.
did you ever listen to the rewind album by soundmurderer & SK1 on rephlex?

great Canadian jungle, i think you're right that some of the American jungle is a bit cheesy or to full on in some ways but you can't just rinse & repeat the same old classics all the time, and to be fair, the good american stuff from the recent past is still jungle at least, most of the british guys just went into full spastic jump up dnb mode, or boring liquid.

but yeah, can't beat the old uk classics of course
Good point, the only thing you could really knock the yanks on is that the bpm's a little fast. Other than that, the actually make killer breakbeat material ...

Rinse is broadcasting live from the Metalheadz History Lesson right now. Grooverider is smashing the place and the crowd sounds hype as fuck. many gunfingers being pointed skywards

Anyone who hasn't copped this yet should do so:

American junglist music that isn't ridiculously fast ragga breakcore.
