mala-change was played on the last benji b show...sounds like dubbed out percussive jazz, so far all four tracks I've heard are very different which imo is a really good sign for an album...
the tunnel reminds me of early big apple stuff - just better produced

Glad to hear that the Changes tune isn't a rework of the original one. I knew that that wasn't going to happen.

People saying the tunnel doesnt sound that cuban... The percussion alone should suggest otherwise and also that piano line on the second drop is SOOOOO cuban sounding

I dont quite know what constitutes a cuban sound, but the percussion and that piano line make that tune for me. The tune defo has a different lick to it.

Not really feeling the Tunnel tbh, it's not a bad tune by any means but I maybe just expected a bit more from Mala. The other tunes have been decent though so still looking forward to the album.
