2 massive games killed off so early (both definite reds though, just annoying from a neutral perspective).

That's curtains for Arsenal and City. I don't understand how people thought Arsenal had a chance to beat Bayern lol Looking forward to our game next week with Galatasaray. Jose Mourninho!

Loads of pundits, and non Arsenal fans thought they could beat Bayern.
On the plus side, you must've set a record this year for "Longest Time Into A Season Before Calling For Wenger To Resign". Usually takes your faithful much less time to get around to it.
Has the inevitable slating of his transfer policy begun yet? That's always good for a giggle.

Wenger out
Taking off Oxlade-Chamberlain instead of Ozil was bizarre, but Wenger's the least of our problems. I thought Arsenal did alright last night considering... we were genuinely competitive and maybe even had the upper hand until the red card. Jamie Redknapp can fuck off as well, that touch from Robben should've made it a yellow.

It never went away completely, even after we signed Ozil. I don't think only signing an injured player on loan in january will have helped

nah mate, we had the biggest calls ever after the first game!
people are catastrophising. We are looking v strong in the league. ONE POINT off the top with 12 games to go, thats pretty fucking sick imo and just dumped Liverpool out the cup in it's advanced stages
Last night: needed a big slice of luck and didn't get it. If ozil buried that pen, and Szczesny didn't get sent off (quite harshly), would have been a different game, we were sick in the first 10 minutes
Also re: Ozil, he didn't have much help last night and kept getting isolated, being played out of position on the wing for a lot of it. Let's not forget him twissin up Jerome won that pen in the first place. Man is overworked, no winter break, moving to a league twice as physical as La Liga. Takes a lot of players time to adjust to the prem, he was everything we hoped in the first half of the season. He's fucking quality and it pisses me off how hard arsenal fan's are on his back already
