its all pretty dope, imo needs more hi end frequencies tho. the rhodes could use some more life too

the intro and shit is too thick and up front in the lower mid range, with just that chord line there's no pulse to it either, small rhythmic aspects would help set the pulse earlier for the drop

but the drop and beat are dope

^^^sample arrangement is interesting considering i listened 2 the original sampl. drums r stickin out in the mix but it doesn't sound like ur usual "hard" compression . takin it easy on the ratio.. ? sound so cluttered tho but i kno its just the sa.

i used about the same compression on it as i always do for my shit, i think i am getting better at not makng things sound squashed though. might have to do with a recent change in headphones though, my newer stuff sounds the same to me (since i mix it that way), but probably sounds different to everyone else.
