This was my first DMZ experience and it killed. Been listening to this music for four years but have only made it to nights in Bristol before.
The whole lineup blew me away and Pinch and Joker did Bristol proud!
Seriously, best club night I've been to since Metalheadz in '96 (yes, I'm that old).

Been there! first dmz. arrived today. nice seeing you people 
everything was great! perhaps the last two hours with distance goth trad plus ld and cluekid were the best part for me. big up skream for the crowd surfing eheh

Echo that - my first DMZ and the first time since MetalHeadz that I've had that vibe. Amen to that. I stopped going to d&b nights around 2000 because the attitude and music just kept getting more and more lame. I love the idea that DJs can play what they like as long as it's got the right feel unlike most nights that only book DJs that are going to play the same beats all night. The whole attitude is positive and inclusive and true to the spirit of acid house / rave which is where all this started when I was a kid. The crowd are the same - they're all totally in love with music, not themselves or drugs or clothes or whatever. Dubstep is the best music scene this country's had for a very long time. We're lucky to have it.
