I don't even know exactly what people class as liquid, if you look at wiki the picture is of calibre and intalex...

I rate Marcus Intalex tbf. I dont dislike liquid. Some of it great for chilling at home or getting girls into dnb from deep house. God knows dnb needs more gyaldem.

Anywaus this made me happy today

I love the logical progression CD by LTJ Bukem

But intelligent is an even worse name than liquid.

Chillstep is the worst genre on earth.

dnb hasnt been blessed with particularly good subgenre names

liquid
intelligent
jump up
techstep
anything with step in it tbh
drumfunk

theyre all pretty terrible

did see someone once on soundcloud using garagestep as a genre title though

that was probably the worst

@ forum

Official term would be jump up (where clownstep is the derogatory term) but that's more clipz than pendulum (in essence)

jump up is generally worse than liquid imo and the name comes from how circus-ey some of the synth sounded - flute biz

It came about when techstep turned all shuffly for a bit when bodyrock came out
and all the techstep truheads had to hate on it. Pretty good tune imo, but it was probably too happy for the scene then

Liquid is imo vox samples with highpassed breaks on compilations and bad hospital releases :6: ...oh and true romance !
