Cheers dude, I really enjoyed writing them as well. However I do kinda like the opinion pieces that take into account current relevant topics and political climates. Music, like all art, is a reflection of the environment in which is was created. That said, I don't really agree with the linked article, but it's an interesting perspective nonetheless.
I agree, music is all about context, i think stuff like the bit Vice/L-vis 1990 did on Icy Lake really interesting.
That Kahn review just seemed pseudo-intellectual/bombastic.
