would have to be my favourite coen comedy after big lebowski.. nicolas cage is too good in it
Cage is really great in there. His other best performance imo is in Wild At Heart. Hilarious in all the wrong ways. Willem Dafoe also brings it and steals the show.

enjoyed this. Would describe it as an intense thriller/horror. Didn't quite understand who or what the antagonist's were then perhaps your not supposed to. 8/10

One of the best movies I've seen this year.

Classic.

Funny film, but I can see why people hate it... "You wanna get murked, innit?"

Wow, what a great movie. Don't know why I haven't seen this one before.

I'm sure this one has been mentioned tons of times already.
Just watched it for the third time.

You know quentin Tarentino said that this movie had the best opening credits out of any movie ever made

They're certainly up there. The film is one gigantic mindfuck. Was considering trying to watch this on salvia then remembered trying to watch anything on that stuff is utterly pointless.

True
But did he really say that? Never knew that... Think I have to agree with him though. Such a brilliant film.

Enjoyable, very similar to Despicable Me but with enough variation to keep the interest.
Slightly predictable cop drama set during the coke/heroin boom in New York at the end of the 80s. Good soundtrack, nice and dark, Joaquin Phoenix & Mark Wahlberg both do a good job.
Same director as We Own The Night, and with Wahlberg & Phoenix again. Slowly paced, but more of a pot boiler. Awesome last 20mins.
Surprisingly good, mindless entertainment. Fit mermaids too.

Weird. Saw what is was trying to do, but don't think it pulled off it off as well as it could have. Does have the bird from Phone Shop in it, however.
Jokes, very Cohen Brothers-esque dark humour running through it, plus Drew Barrymore playing her least insipid role in years. Clooney does a bit of a prototype of his Men Who Stare At Goats character as well if you like that sort of thing

(aka Chimes at Midnight)
b2b
possibly b2b
Haven't watched anything in ages so thought I'd make up for it tonight. My brain may have already overloaded after the first two to watch the third though.
