We can recycle but you don't get cash. You could probably collect your own glass and sell it though, I do it with metal.
Money for bottles should be done though, particularly for festivals... It's the norm in most countries I think. Mate went to a fest in Germany, and people would keep hold of their bottles, take them all back, and them swap em for more beer. And also ppl wondering about picking up empties for cash. A good answer for the majority of people who don't have enough respect to clean up their own shit.
