we've kinda been programmed to be fearful and lacking compassion.

my effort is to reverse that programming.

awesome. what the bleep is sorta lame though. you should watch the 5 hour version called down the rabbit hole

also Sir Martin Rees' BBC doc called What We Still Don't Know straight up proves the existence of God.

i watched what the bleep and thought the story with the deaf girl was annoying and most of the science stuff just kinda bounced off me. i watched down the rabbit hole and its mostly just interviews with the scientists and its far more interesting for me.

it also promotes the concepts of panspermia, multiverse, and the world being a hologram afterall.

chimps mourn, that's compassion, what does a cow when another cow dies?
and compassion is not limited to the family, only instinct is

cows are going to miss their friends and family. they have real emotions.

the cows we use for food are bred to be retards though. same for the chickens and turkeys and pigs. but even though they're genetically dumbed down, it doesn't mean they have become soulless, or emotionless.

i even seen lizards appear to be mourning on Sir David Attenborough's BBC series called Life In Cold Blood

(people were bred to be retards too. but we're evolving anyway, and they're like welcome back.)

that would be something!

as for cows - no way, they don't give a shit one about another unless it's an offspring and not even that sometimes from my observation
i've been in places where people have 1-4 cows around the house, not as dumbed down as the industrial farms' cows, more traditional shit, a caw can be in terrible pain, the others won't turn their head...

pigs can even be cannibals, no to mention chicken

so it's better to keep romance out of major decisions like alimentation
there's other reasons for limiting the meat intake, but about that in a future episode, i'm out, it's been really nice to reason with you
