Vex'd make the best produced tunes in the genre (if im excluding new guys like Kahn). Jamie is such a sick producer in his own right, its fucking outstanding. There is rarely a moment i go "oh, i know how they did that".

And i know this probably isn't the most popular thing i can say, but 16-bit are quality producers a lot of the time. Listen to the track they produced for Bjork, they clearly know what they are doing. And plus, Kidnappa is in Broken Note who make fucking flawless productions.

Oh shit, how could i forget Jack Sparrow, Quark, Ruckspin, Planas, et al. Up there with (even surpassing) Vex'd (their collab tunes are always flawless). Phaeleh too.

Not sure if this has been said already, but...

Blood On My Hands. The percussion, the reverb, the melody, and that bass...it's like it's infinitely low and impossibly heavy without distorting anything in the tune. One of the greatest tunes of all time imo.

(note that I know nothing about production)

In that order. It's just insane how good Toasty's drums are. Listening to Splash right now. So haunting :U:

people always forget about 16-bit's deeper stuff... tunes like twice rmx, skyline, otaku or space weaver rmx are absolutely sublime and there production values are always crisp
