Just keep telling yourself that it's called a break up because it's broken. People don't normally end great relationships. Take this time to do all the things that you have missed out on while you were together. See your friends more, play COD til 4am, go traveling, anything that you weren't able to do as much with her around. No doubt it is the most soul destroying feeling at the start but you will surprise yourself at how quickly you start to feel better and how with a bit of hindsight, you can see why it ended and why you're better off now. An update to my situation:

I logged on to my ex's facebook as i knew there was something she wasn't telling me, she dumped me for another dude, whom she had cheated on me with before (i didnt know this). I feel lied to and betrayed after 5 years of a relationship for it to end like this.
Now i think she has a major bout of guilt as she wont talk to me at all, she has blocked me on facebook, msn messenger, google+ etc... Of course it was wrong to log in to her private facebook shit but i knew there was something i wasn't getting told, and i was right. She is using it to make me look like the bad man in all this with our friends. FUCKING BITCH
I sent her an e-mail telling her i was ok with whatever she wants to do i just dont want any conflict as we have been part of each-others lives for a considerable amount of time. She didnt respond. FUCK HER
