FM8 even though I barely know how to use it
Also Omnisphere. It's immense. Comes with so many presets and samples to use, it's mindblowing. It's also very straightforward and easy to use.

I agree with u there, Omnisphere is crazy good!! u can layer sounds etc... so it has sooo much possibility for wicked sounds!!!!! it is mindblowing, deffo!! kind of like the combinato within reason but in one synth
amazing!

ableton analog and operator - i dont use anything else softsynthwise
fxspansion synth squad is ok too when i tried them out

also forgot korg legacy collection is gd too
