Tommy Evans was good, then he made that shite tune with Mark B (Move Now), grew a beard, changed his name to Aiman and stopped making music.

Any love for Dizraeli here?

One of the most unique (yeah I know you're not meant to say that) spitters going, chats about some actual different shit.

Mud Sun was particularly interesting, duo with Baba Brinkman. They argue back & forth over matters, different approach.

Second half of this is the most intelligent discussion of rap I've ever heard.

Yeah it's cool stuff I think. The rest of the album is an elaborate concept...

"This is a song in character from the hiphop theatre show/album The Rebel Cell. I play a future, radicalised version of myself. In the world of 2013, the BNPBC broadcasts the nightly news; a full-fledged fascist government is in power; Glastonbury is a prison camp. My character's speech here reflects ideas from different positions in the Left- not all my own beliefs."

No Baba in this track but it's still worth a watch.

most of them had really fucked up childhoods, it's no wonder they chose a wrong path originally.

I have heard Tempman screams at birds and was on the mental wing in prison though...

Weren't really feeling the beat but Lowkey delivered. Fully established as the UK Immortal Tech now really.

Bristol heads, massive night on the 20th January.

Dirty Dike & Jam Baxter are playing along with some of the country's best freeparty/underground DJs, Mattykore & Vandal. Hardtek/ragga/dark dnb rinseout. Couple of Camkore DJs too, Cambridge bringing the goods west.

@ Lab, £6.
