To be honest though, I don't think dubstep is really falling into the DnB style speed increase yet, as most bits - even early stuff - were 138 or above, and as mentioned elsewhere in this thread, 90+% is within a couple of beats of 140.

Thats not to say that you should necesarily build at that speed, but that tends to be the speed that people play at (if sometimes a little faster!)
