Barely, what is with the US obsession? I post on a US dominated forum and it's like the only DJ they've ever heard of.

burners are insane... i have a scar on my neck from where someone hit me with a flaming poi haha

but seriously, people saying that other people "ruin the vibe" is laughable.... why are you paying that much attention to everyone else? just have fun and love everyone that's there to enjoy the music, ffs

the people waving lights around entertain the drugged up people, get over it and have fun rather than stressing that someone is "ruining" your dandy little scene

I know he's popular in western Canada because he used to pretty much be our big festivals local headliner (Shambhala) back in its early days, and then just moved up to Burning Man and all that. Hippies jumped on him and gave him rock star status, while now middle class suburban kids hype him like crazy because he's the first electronic music they've heard thats "worth listening to" . :u:
Would much rather listen to Si Begg or Tipper.

i edited the post lol

tbf without soul there wouldnt be reggae and without reggae there wouldnt be an inconcievable amount of music

and then theres the amount of breaks and old soul vocals still used in dubstep and that underpinned much of the uks hardcore continuum
