ANYONE, posting from this post onwards, any recorded MP3's ( or any other recorded filetype) of Mary Anne's XFM shows on the forum, will face banning. We don't want to do this, but clearly some people don't feel like respecting the forum rules.

I won't be posting links anymore if you say I shouldn't. My only question though is: How can somebody listen to a previous show if it's not on the Xfm player anymore? (older than a week shows).

Or is it just that you don't want dubstepforum to be associated with any recorded links of MAHs' show no matter how old a show is?
Because the links are around for anyone to follow.. Isn't this a bit of a paradox when taking into account how much MAH has helped DSF and vice versa?

To sum it up, I understand that Xfm doesn't want recorded links of the LAST SHOW show floating around, BUT what about previous ones?

Still the rules are rules and you won't find me posting links anymore. My intention was just to share the beauty of previous shows with fellow members.

I never doubted about even 1 word you ever said on this forum Seckle, but this is ridicilous !!!
Dopocc is only posting the shows when they are not on the XFM player anymore. And doing it in that way I don't see the problem.
There should be banned a lot of persons, if you do it like you said before, for all shows not only the MAH one !

If we get formal complaints about copyright, and there's undoubtedly a situation where we can get approached legally, then that's impossible to ignore.

has nothing to do with MAH, so don't turn this into something else. Theres nothing but love and respect for MAH here on this site. This is just a policy we have to start enforcing now as we're not a small site, nor do we have small traffic. Remember that theres a big difference between FM, Web and Satellite Radio. Every stream is critical for funding, these days. Especially on DAB boxes.
