Well that's what we called it. In class, or outside, or in public anywhere see who can say penis the loudest without getting found out or into trouble. Of course this vocabulary quickly progressed, sometimes with words like big big titties or whatever silly expression the people playing agreed on. Also used to do stuff similar to the "meow" game from Super Troopers, to see who can sneak in the most naughty words to whatever adult happened to be closest.
We sometimes did something like public penis, but a bit different.. Actions instead of words you know. Like, in class, when the teacher turned around to write something on the blackboard, we would stand up and run around our desk or chair as long as possible and sit down right before the teacher turned around again. The one who ran the longest obviously won.
Or, what happened a few times too, again when the teacher turned around, was too clime as high as possible on something. Like for instance putting your chair on your desk and sitting on it or climbing a closet etc.
My god that was stupid.

Used to find a large peice of brick, or stone, and stand at each side of a walled alley. Take turns in throwing the brick at eachother. Whoever got hit lost.
Looking back at it, it was extremely retarded. many, many, many injuries.

kids are fucking retarded

Spray horse shit with lynx. Set it on fire. Pass it round in a circle as fast as possible to avoid burns and getting covered in shit.
name the game "Hot Shit"

Mexican Orgasm
one person in class starts off, quietly faking an orgasm just loud enough so it can be heard, people slowly join in
by the time the teacher clocks what is actually going on the whole class is doing it and chaos ensues

dropscribe
dropping a scribe into a polystyrine box marked with different afflictions to inflict on person of your choice playing the game. these included dead arm, dropping the scribe onto hand from waist height and dropping scribe onto hand from head height.
needless to say injuries ensued.

Neighborhood rock fight. Only played it once due to broken windows, dented cars, and two ambulance rides. We all got grounded for a month after that one.

We used to meat check in high school. It was a huge deal, you'd carry a conversation on, try to inch close and then punch the person in the balls when they were least expecting it. We made a huge huge game out of it.

put your fist down on the table and have other people slide coins across the table as hard as possible, normally a 2p I think. If you miss then it's your turn to take a coining. Looking back, this was worse than slaps...
THIS. except we just took it in turns. you give up, you lose.
20ps were always horrible, and one time we even used a key
that game always resulted in blood...still a few scars to this day!
another stupid coin game was called chicken scratch.
someone gets a 2p coin and scratches it on the back of your hand whillst they call out the alphabet.
for each letter you have to say a word beginning with said letter. the scratching stops at Z.
i made it to N, and im still scarred.
there were also stupidly hilarious games...all involving blindfolds.
every lunchtime we'd come up with a new 'blindfolded sport'
put ties over the eyes, and laugh at the results.
one of the best ones was the blindfolded bridge.
you get a random number of people, to go on their hands and knees, and bunch up next to eachother making a walkway.
the blindfolded person has no idea how many people there are, so you help them up onto the first person and shout go!
then watch them run across a few people before faceplanting the floor
the best one was when there was only one person.
we also attempted the blidfolded sprint. start at one place, first to reach the finish wins.
after a couple times running into hedges, falling over etc. we thought itd be funny to put
our mate right infront of a goal post, just far enough away to build up momentum.
so he ran, and needless to say he smacked his head on the goal post. He then proceeded to call us 'shit stnuc'
for the next 5 minutes while he was only semi-concious.
others included:
-blind hurdles
-blind sumo
-being on someones shoulders whilst youre both blind and people throw balls at you.

In school we used to play panna football with plastic bottles. Whenever someone got a panna he/she had to run to the other side of the field
while getting kicked/tackled etc..
(panna = playing the ball (or in this case bottle) in between someones legs and getting it back)

two come to mind, one was at school where before the lesson everyone would pick a word that the teacher is clearly going to say (like compound if it's chemistry or something) then when he said it and turned around you had to get as far away from where you're sitting as possible and sit down without the teacher realising. half the time they were just so confused.
this one's probably much stupider though and is just called 'beans'. basically when we'd have a fire we get a tin of unopened beans and put them on top of the fire and then run around it in a circle. whoever gets hit by burning beans/shards of tin can loses. it absolutely fucking caned but it's actually really fun when you're pissed. although unfortunately one of my mates was really hammered and fell in the fire and got really bad burns on his leg and had to have a skin graft. highly recommended game though!

Headers.
Someone chucks an object really high into the air and shouts headers. The nearest person has to run and try and header whatever the object is on it's way down. If you miss you get cracked over the head with the object by the guy who through it.
We still play this. Lose / lose situation really.

stupid game that we played in high school was 'Ride The Bull'
basically there was this one big kid (quite tall too) who was new to the school in Year 11 and after one guy jumped on his back it turned into a game. all you have to do is sneak up on this guy, sometimes from great heights, jump on his back and ride for as long as possible. we always had someone ready to time the run too. the game stayed strong for at least a month - people in class would go around asking if you're going to ride the bull at lunch. there was talk of getting a novelty heavyweight champions belt made for it but it got shut down by our senior coordinator.
also - all boys high school. not gay at all.

my dad taught me both of these (along with the coin on the table one too) when i first started high school - because my dad had beastly hands, by the time i tried it out at school i was a seasoned pro.

the best game at school was 'secret agents', sit at the back of the class and as the teacher is doing the lesson try and sneak your way to the front and steal something off the teachers desk without getting caught, you can only take one item at a time, the winner is the person with the most things by the end of the lesson

Sit opposite your opponent at one of these:

(which were fucking awesome by the way - they top was a lid so you could keep all your shit underneath - i was gutted when my school finally ditched them)
put a 2p coin hanging over the edge near you, you then get 3 flicks to try and get it to hang over your opponent's edge. then you have to reach over, flick it up into the air with your fingers and catch it to score a "try".
your opponent then makes "rugby posts" with his thumbs and forefingers. you spin the coin on the table. then as it spins you have to trap it between your thumbs and use them to flick it through the rugby posts for the "conversion".
can be combined with the "flick a coin at each other's knuckles" game.
sick game
