nah theres a protective plastic head piece so you wont nick your bird.
bird = aviant species and/or girl ; nick = my neighbour and/or 'to steal'
It seems all the others have been covered, but "nick" also means to make a small cut (the type you'd get from a razor).

English is a bitch.

I can think of at least four translations for this (three of them are body parts and none of them are 'job') we truly do have a bastard of a language... but I love it a very big lot indeed.

+1. My parents got me an electric for my 16 birthday. Worked great when I just had some chin hairs, buut when I started popping out full facial it was patchy at best. Tried a Gillette Fusuion they were giving out for free at the college, worked wonders. Just make sure you get decent shaving cream. I like the stuff from the Body Shop, it's not too foamy so it's simple to handle and smells pretty good as.

yeah i know haha its funny. so many great ways to confuse people and so many double meanings etc. i think we did this so we can make fun of people while there listening without them knowing lol.

and yeah bigfoot i needa get some better shaving cream. im using some cheapo brand and it really sucks. mad foamy and doesn't really coat the skin nicely.

true. i wonder if its better to use shave gel with al electric shaver? i ordered the braun cruzer 6 face so i can shave, trim my chin, and trim my bird.

like i said i dont have full facial hair and its not very coarse especially on my cheeks where i mostly shave, so i think the electric foil will work fine for me. mostly thick on my chin and side burns but i usually keep a little bit of hair on them.

On a related note, found a hair on my cheek that I estimated I'd missed on about 3 separate trims, was sticking out my face about 2cm. Was tempted to leave it there chilling.

I saw some kid on the bus once, I'd say he was about 10, right in the middle of his cheek, he had a patch of ginger hair, as thick as the hair on his head poking out. Gnarly.

Your IP address gives you away.

Not the real Dr S Gachet?
I want to know too. I was just recovering some jungle mixes from my old work computer and one of them was you at AWOL in '93.
Innit. Not too fussed about shaving stories, I'm more interested if its the real Dr S Gachet, or an imposter?!?

Although, you all need to go with blades, electric shaving is for fassies.

you = dumb
Well we were 'discussing' trimming facial hair with scissors and I got confused by:

1. possible protective head pieces on scissors (never seen it)
2. the definitions of the words: nick, bird and most of all money-maker.

use a scrub face wash before shaving, use an antibacterial face wash after shaving. always shave with foam. use a sharp razor.

problem solved!

i used anti bacterial gel before but i still break out. i think its because when i use a blade it gets such a close shave that it keeps my pores open or something idk..
