Yorkshire tea - gold blend. It really is a cut above the rest.

absolutely love jing tea, perfect for all your tea-ing needs!

http://jingtea.com/tea/type/green/sencha-supreme

This sencha supreme is absolutely beautiful :U:
I haven't tried their Tea but from looking at the prices they seem to be exorbitant. Uji Sencha can be bought for less than £20 for 100g and they are selling a 250g bag at £103 :o
Their Yunnan Gold is twice the price of Yunnan Sourcing's.
I'm sure it's fantastic tea but

I think half of that is down to them having a bit of a name behind them,
they can get away with it a bit more. But their teas are absolutely banging,
so i dont mind forking out that little bit extra for when i want a special brew!

Also i've got some beautiful japanese sake...goes very nicely for an all out relaxing
evening with some of the japanese sencha.

Ceylon tea

this rooibos stuff though, never heard of it. how's it taste?
rooibos is made from some sort of root I believe. Tastes like a faint earthy vanilla. Nice for a caffeine free tea before bed.
Rooibos come from the rooibos bush, it's made from the leaves.
It's an indigenous plant from SA.
We mainly drink Rooibos in SA with a bit of Ceylon.
Rooibos and Ceylon are similar but Rooibos has far less caffeine and a slightly different taste.

Rooibos?? it's difficult to explain.
I find Ceylon to be more bitter than Rooibas which has a sweet fragrant flavor.
It's difficult to explain I guess as we drink it so often.
It's not like Earl grey that has a very unique flavor.

I'll second what Baron has said, you really can't beat www.yunnansourcing.com if you want to order large quantities of really decent Chinese tea for everyday drinking.

If you want some of the best "gourmet" teas, I'm talking aged Pu-erhs, Wuyi Yancha's etc. then look no further...

I could spend a fortune on that website. I had some 90's CNNP Menghai 7532 before. It was chewy. Unfortunately I can't quite afford to pay for the really old stuff. I'm scheming on a few grams of the 80's Snow mark though :D

Chinese gunpowder green. That's some good shit.

And while it's not actually a tea, Yerba Mate is really splendid as well.

That stuff is weird. When I first got to south america I hated it. Within a couple of months I was drinking it all the time.
Returned home with a couple of bags and realised that I hated it again.

Drinking Yerba a lot actually increases the risk of cancer because of the way it's dried.
