I just find it a bit sad that people I know personally and consider friends are being put off by a lot of what gets posted here. I've met some wicked people on this forum and some of them have become really good mates, the idea that people no longer want to be a part of this forum because of some of the attitudes on here is actually a bit upsetting to those of us who are mates irl, dont really care if "it's a bit of fun" or not, people are being turned off by it and the place is less vibrant and interesting as a result

I don't really know what you are talking about anyway, I was off this forum for a long time (just got bored, it was inactive and every other thread was some stupid crap about pyramids or something, plus it became REALLY clique-ish)
Seems much better now? Or could you actually give me some real names of people who are actually upset by the forum so often that they stopped visiting? Cos if that's the case maybe you should just stay in touch with them via normal social means. We are candles in the wind, and this is the internet.

tbh if anything is most off-putting about the forum it's just that it's become a lot more juvenile than back when i was more frequently posting, & feels like it is being polluted by a handful of users (no offense to anyone -- i just don't want to scroll through pages of conversation that are probably better suited for PMs).
