Yeah true that, I don't like rammo clubs thats why fwd has become so frustrating. its not what it used to be!

Don't blame ya mate, it's a big ask.

just imagine you're on a aeroplane, long haul flight.

we smokers all seem to manage that O.K.

Yeah i've thought about putting myself in that mindset. It's just a lot easier to go out side and have a cigarette though.

I had a good excuse for not making it - but it's a long one in both senses of the word. I've loved every Platform 1 I've been to and utmost respect to everyone doing it. It's all about doing it! Big up the DIYers. And ultra-biggles to Mr Ill. To paraphrase Biggie: 'Benny Ill is the illest'.

Offski.

I had a good time

Plus i chatted at one of the guys who played room1 but by then i was fairly well battered and hadn't got a clue who it was. good to see some of the regular faces although i not been out on a steppin night for a while due to new jobs and new house tings.

big ups to those that were there.

All the way down south is too far for me, although I'd really like to reach Platform.

I haven't been to an indoor dubstep event since the smoking ban came in either and got my fix through festivals.

I really prefer smoking a big reefa while I'm brocking next to the speakers. Back to the semi-legit warehouses I say.

Dubstep is growing at an incredible pace, the share mumber of people at FWd on a weekly basis bare's testiment to this. Week in and week out you get the same regulars there, the grass roots that rocked to dubstep back when it was in velvet room. i was quite shocked seeing only a few dozen people inside such a great venue, especially knowing that first of all, its less then an extra value meal to get in, and second that it is so easy to get to. we talk about dubstep isn't what it used to be, well thats because not everyone is putting the effort in. Just cos a Dubstep super Star isnt on the flyer dosen't mean the night is going to be shit, get yourself down there even if you dont no anyone, say hello.. and have a fucking skank.... getting a bit annoyed now about the complaining im hearing about dubstep not being the same. in such a growing scene it's up to all of all to put the work in not the same individuals all the time.

Integration....

out to all tha made it to corsica.. big up TNT, Beeny Ill, Ashley, Darkside, Cyrus, Hijak, Walshy, Ramadan man, The others, Mundo, optimum, Alex incyde, Mellisa, Scientist, Ryk, Rouge Star, D man , H.o.d, Letty, Subeena, Jennifer, MBP, Whistla Ben UFO, Claire, Audio pie, Kid Cazual, Charles, One man, Asbo, Loefah and everyone else.

Spot on Grand :D

Does annoy me that so many people don't bother to check out the up and coming acts and only go if there's big names on the bill. I mean, you can pretty much guarantee that a lot of the big hitters are going to play mostly the same tunes you heard them play a few weeks before.

I'm definitely coming to the next one with the Streamizm crew, these things need supporting and Letty and Subeena's hard work should be appreciated in getting this together.

No excuses next time people

Been to so many nights.. where the Dj playing arnt the heavy weight in te scene but actuallly know how to mixs and there has been like me and 2 other people.. its so jarring.. that fucking 4 years on shit like this still happens in South London... we complain about all the media attention and the crowd it draws, then people who actually lock in and listen to the stuff on a weekly basis and buy the stuff cant be arsed to go to any nights other then FWD and DMZ..........

wace!

nothing to do with dmz / fwd being weekend dances? people much more likely to reach a night on the weekend if they dont have work starting at 8am the next day - probably not an excuse

Yes I agree...... lately I've been enjoying the grassroots nights more than FWD to be quite honest!! People know the tunes and I can have a good chat with almost anyone about the music. I enjoy that very much.

I reached but had to cut out before Hijak and Mundo's sets. Everything I saw was very very good, and the rooms were quite evened out from what I could see. Urban collective's set was standout, as was the others.... I must have left just before Rogue got booted though.... woulda liked to see that!!! haahaa

your chest --> grand, ajantis, contakt, metalbox, cindy, and 7 below, had some nice chats with y'all. everyone else, i must have MISSED YOU BECAUSE YOU WERE OUTSIDE SMOKING FOR THE WHOLE TIME!!!!!!! :( :( :(

Seriously I stepped out on to the terrace only for a minute to say my goodbyes and there were people just sittin out there loungin!! did you come to chat and smoke or did you come to listen to the music?! i understand people have to smoke but.... take it EZ!!!!!

see u down the house party!! support support!!!

I had work at 7.00, AND I'm twice the age of half the peeps that blew it.
What ever happened to youth and vitality.

stamina is a virtue, look at POAX for example... sure he had work the next day, AND he got the night bus home, poor fellow.

Oh and out to all the people that left FWD>> early last night.....
