Dude, ANY amount of that stuff is too much.

A good measure of how problematic any drug can potentially be is by looking at sites with "trip report" sections: when you see one with, like, hundreds of reports tagged "Health Problems," "Difficult Experiences," "Bad Trips, "Addiction," "Trainwrecks/Disasters"... that pretty much tells you all you need to know right there.
