So I didn't want to ask this on the thread and sound like an idiot but if you upload and is sais 0.0 for the length of the track and is locked on private while getting the message processing audio, does that mean the track didn't upload correctly? Or is it some kind of timed release for the day of the contest?

Doesn't sound right, normally I just upload as private and share to the DSF group... there's no timed release or anything. Try again.

It got distorted in the process of mastering (probably when the volume got brought up)... I don't think I will have time to redo it
