I'm fairly sure I've seen a bunch of people get that done at the barbers where I am and I'm go somewhere in a small devon town. I'm sure being in a city you can find people to do that

yeah like i said its finding one doing it right... its easy to get it to sorta look like that, but to get it exactly how i want it i never have any luck

they never get the fade quite right, i want it kinda scissor cut just after the parting and then a fade from grade 1 to 0.5 into my sideburns/beard

I talked to the dude about the place and he basically was saying that the idea was to cash in on the fact that there is a need for places that can cut well done fashionable hair styles for men that also have the old school proper gentlemens barbers approach. In other words not to be forced between going somewhere that'll shave your head for cheap or feeling like a dick in some poncy Toni and Guy place and paying a fortune for it.

It's definitely working for them too. I mean last couple times I went it it was like a over and hour's wait to get a cut with two barbers going at the same time

i hate those 'shaved at the sides, hair at the top' haircuts so much, not because they look particularly bad but because some of the biggest stnuc i know have them. tbh i would probably get one if it wasn't for the tnuc connotations

my hair is a similar style but like a scissor cut on sides and back instead of shave, although i wear a hat 90% of time so dont rly bother with getting hair cut very often

my old somali housemate always tries to get me to go to a yardie barbers with him but i think i would get stabbed
