Lye Form wrote:I was only 9 years old
I loved Mala so much, I had all the DMZ merchandise and Dubplates
I pray to Mala every night before bed, thanking him for the life I've been given
"Mala is love" I say; "Mala is life"
My dad hears me and calls me a faggot
I know he was just jealous of my devotion for Mala
I called him a cunt
He slaps me and sends me to go to sleep
I'm crying now, and my face hurts
I lay in bed and it's really cold
Suddenly, a warmth is moving towards me
It's Mala
I am so happy
He whispers into my ear "This is my Rave."
He grabs me with his powerful DJ hands and puts me down onto my hands and knees
I'm ready
I spread my ass-cheeks for Mala
He penetrates my butt-hole
It hurts so much but I do it for Mala
I can feel my butt tearing as my eyes start to water
I push against his force
I want to please Mala
He roars in a mighty roar as he fills my butt with his love
My dad walks in
Mala looks him straight in the eyes and says "It's all Jahovia now."
Mala leaves through my window
Mala is love. Mala is life.

I think Bill Hicks put it best when he said 'I'm American which I'm sure you can tell by my complete lack of sophistication.' Reality is so crude.

Thought you were going to say he said, "Don't go in there, I just blew it up."

I once asked Mala (mid DMZ rave,) what he thought about the eternal (i.e the cosmos), I think he said "what you have seen here tonight has happened in the cosmos, this in its self is amazing". I think he meant, each moment is unique and people should take notice when something amazing is happening. The music and atmosphere did seem incredible, gigantic to be precise (note I was sober). He may well have just said 'what the hell are you chatting?'!

Cheers bud, is it common practice to just ridicule each other here? Instead of offering something vaguely interesting or positive yourself? Good vibes bro (look, someone else can be sarcastic too! It's THAT easy).

While Diego didn't exactly make the most serious of posts, a lot of the Mala worship does get really fucking weird. He's a guy who makes music and runs a couple of record labels, that's all. Yeah he helped create a scene and makes really good music, but quite often people talk about him, his music and his nights as if it's a religious experience. It gets to a stage where it's pretty unhealthy to be idolising this guy so much.

I've met and spoke to him a couple of times and he seems like a nice bloke, wouldn't mind sitting down, having a few pints and chatting about music with him. Doesn't mean I'm gonna go and ask Mala about life, the universe and everything in it. He's a musician, a talented one, but that's it.
