				fuck all yesterday due to a 16 hour migraine.
today started with rice and broccoli.
spirulina cap and bottle of water mixed wit wheatgrass.
doing well and healthy till 2 X maccies cheeseburgers and large coke
tea tonight might be rice and chilli mackerel.
gotta keeps me micro more than me macro
oh and 2 coffees 1 tea
edit. tonights tea was 3 hotdog buns with 2 sausage in each with mustard, 2 packs of bbq mini cheddars and a pack of those fancy dairy milk biscuits. oh and more spirulian and wheatgrass.
oh yeah 2 pints of orange cordial and 1 of coke in the pub.

No beer/rum/doughnuts today  
 
Though still eatting fast food like a pleb

				in the last 48 hours i've had 3 slices of stale pizza and about 10 cups of coffee
I feel like shit
