Heatwave was sick, Kode9 and Mala were jolly good too.

Good to finally meet Corpsey, he really does smell like rotting flesh.

Out to me too.
Brrrrrap!

Too many shots dunno where my phone is.

Sick night, out to everyone I met.

I've seen Kode about five times already this year, how does he keep smashing it every time? Huge as usual.

Mala was sick, although I don't think he played that many of his own tunes, really wanted to hear Unexpected. Still, sick and surprisingly techy. Last tune was great, lights coming up and everyone going mental still.

Geeneus uhh some of the tunes were alright, not sure how sold I am on funky yet. Heatwave I was chatting to people during so didn't see properly but they sounded heavy, very welcome variation.

Big up Stanton, fellow forum-geek b2b sweat-monster. Big up Dusk, does it get any geekier than talking about the effect of insomnia on music during a funky house set? lol

PK looking sharp and exhausted in his suit, Grand of course, taking notes on my face for his blog hopefully. El Gato (''Don't bother me, I'm el gato'' t-shirt in the mail), Ben UFO (greenfingers) and also Harlseden and your mate sorry can't remember the name...

Vurry enjoyable night as usual big up FWD crew

that was such a moment, when everyone broke into applause at what we thought was the end when the lights came on but was just an extended breakdown :D

I'm sure he did play quite a few of his own things, although a lot were things I'd never heard before but sounded like his production.. was a brilliant set I thought, his sets always flow so perfectly. it's not even about mixing, they just flooow

yeh i think a lot of those tunes sounded like they might well be new Mala. much more techy vibes, still with the pounding deepness though. a few sounded like maybe even collaborations with Coki, i dunno, kind of sounded like Coki's wobble framed within Mala's precision, the one which got reloaded like 3/4 of the way through the tune with the mad bassline emerging for the second drop was shocking

lol at that t-shirt, i had forgotten! jokes...

there was this one swaggering lush half-steppy thing that he dropped after a wicked, wet, wibbly coki tune that I also hadn't heard before, r&b chords intro giving way to a deep one note bass drone but with radiophonic style atonal descending blips sounding like they were kind of dripping off the speakers... was incredible

who needs wobble when you can have wibbly swagger!?

sounds like a missed a heavy heavy night.

by the way, what do/does heatwave play?
