In theory, yes. However, people became so concerned with his identity that it was no longer all about the music and more about who is Burial?

I guess I was never one to really play into me giving two tugs of a dead dog's cock who or what Burial is :/.

And to boot, besides the hype, I think its fair to say that through alot of experiences I have had, I am disappointed with the artists when I find out more about their personal life (not that I know Burial is a dodgy guy). I mean, Aphex Twin is an artist I have loved ever since I heard his first note touch my ears, but the guy could be a proper tnuc you know? I guess I prefer anonymity especially its when someone obviously chooses it.

He's favourite to win one of the biggest music prizes in the UK, but no-one (until now) knows who he is. It's a story, they are journalists... I hate the tabloids as much as the next man, but there's some shocking levels of naivety in this thread...
