haha yeah you do get free food at the end of your shift which is a nice perk. however i was hoping to lose a bit of weight via walking around all the time everyday, but if i keep munching on a burger at the end of every shift then that ain't happening!

haha no i don't cook em, however i do have to go into the giant walk in fridge quite regularly so i could try and get you a block ;), i'm also after a big bucket of their olive mix.....

is there no-way you could walk 2 work in the mornings, or maybe try getting off the bus/train a few stops earlier on the way home everyday & walk instead??

aye i have a bit of a walk from the tube anyway, tbh i do still walk around a LOT during my shift, i doubt a bit of munch at the end will make that much difference....

Hm, walking to work...just used nikeplus and I actually walk 3.26km 5 days a week.

Dunno, I used the www.nikeplus.com website and it allows you to map a route.
