Caspa and Rusko mash it in the dance, plain and simple, this deep vs. dancefloor schizm is a bunch of BS. everyone goes around spouting that they love how diverse dubstep is, and yet when a tune that comes out that offends their "musical ideals" they shit all over it, "it's ruining my genre, blah blah blah".

Give me a break, its a many-sided genre, pick what you like and leave the rest, people are gonna make/listen the music that speaks to them, a vast majority of "dubstep" that I hear isn't particularly appealing to me, but you don't hear me whining.

Instead of bigging down Rusky and Caspa, why not just try bigging up and promoting artists you *DO* like. They're hard working guys, and they deserve what they've worked out for themselves. This is a scene built on positive vibes, but it's harder and harder to remember that every day.

This.
action dread
jahova
cockney thug
cockney violin/flute
king george
scared of the unknown
born to do it
noise disorganiser
custard chucker
velvet rooms
big headed slags
tribal basher
lions paw
original cut

that list is just off the top of my head and not only in my veiw but i know others love loads of the above tunes. Its just a matter of taste. As bandshell stated they are just making stuff you don't like. Get over it, go have the 3 s's shit shower and a shave. Go listen to stuff you like and be happy. Just for the RECORD no 1 or 2 artists can could or ever be responsable for ruining any music genre. Not even moaners like the original thread maker could ever ruin dubstep.

Everyone complaining about pop music should listen to the UK garage this shit came from in the first place.

Ok, being the contrary dickhead I am I've decided to get into Rusko, which of his tunes have the garagiest percussion?

having read on, i think we've heard it all before tbh, all this thread needs now is for someone to say "THEIR TUNES MAKE ME WANT TO PUNCH PEOPLE IN THE FACE" and the circle is complete

hmmm..maybe there should be a forum for all the "X" ruining dubstep threads that seem to pop up when someone's bored or had too little sleep?

Ruin it? basically that's you saying that you know what dubstep should be and you don't like what they're doing. So who made you or anyone else the Keeper Of Dubstep?

as peeps have said, why waste your time listening to music you don't like, maybe do something more productive like slamming your hand in a car door while saying, "these cars with easily-slammable doors are ruining my nail polish".

Fail.

The only people with a chance to ruin dubstep are the thought police (not the dub police) who know what dubstep is.

If you dont like the style dont listen or buy it...easy. I dont feel Caspa tunes IMHO!

People forget that caspa and rusko both came with the freshness.
Way of the dub remix :o
Jahova :o
But now for me its a case of quantity over quality, a lot of tunes just sound like rehashings of their old bangers (which is why I get bored at jump up d n b nights). The good caspa and rusko tunes get everyone movin tho.
