Just read that thread. Interesting that you assume those making videos are honest, but those criticising them are not. I assume you haven't seen these pyramids with your own eyes, though?

For the record, you might find people take you slightly more seriously if you didn't have threads like that where you post almost everything that anyone slightly weird believes in as if it's truth. They're all theories.... at best.... (though I'll reserve judgement on the pyramids until I've seen that film - I've seen people argue that the existance of "Short Change" is enough to pin 9/11 on Government, which it's clearly not. Moving pictures are so effective at convincing people of stuff they want to believe.)

dude that docu was made by the federal tv of bosnia-herzegovina, who are one of the specific groups accused of perpetrating the hoax to boost tourism.

i don't know what the strecker memorandum is, but if its a theory about HIV being a genetically engineered plot - i don't believe that, but equally i don't have some deeply held view on why its wrong. my dissertation was about the theory behind HIV vaccines, i.e. dealing with the problem, regardless of the original cause. one specific thing i would say is that one of his opening statements, "AIDS is not prevented by condoms", is wrong.

i don't have something against you, or medical conspiracy theories in general, its the autism/MMR debate which specifically fucks me off.

This story has been quoted in the media and the only problem I can see with articles like this is that they dont look at is as being deliberate. The fact that Baxter now has the contact for the vaccines is shady as fuck.

I dont see why people see the idea of pharaceutical companies doing this as controversial. All big business is run on the princible of more profit and growth. If your customers are sick people then having a few more sick people around isnt going to hurt is it?

Its not a conspiracy, its just capitalism.
