the taxman, making me fill out forms telling them my work history, when I go to the office for help they bring up my records and they have all my work history, cunters, so filling in these forms will only tell them what they already know yet I still have to fill them out to claim for some tax back.

sounds about right, the trick is to earn money without paying tax.
